T he World Café
Using a simple but powerful method based on seven design principles and the fundamental belief that together we know more than we do alone, the World Café fosters meaningful conversations for large-scale engagement and social change. But World Cafe is more than a method; it’s also a metaphor for the way human beings learn and grow together through networks of conversation, an international social movement, and a world-wide community of practice.
Mycelium is a learning community: a living network of people committed to activating their fullest potential and creating actionable solutions to the challenges and opportunities of our times. We strive to awaken young people to a clear sense of who we are as a generation, an understanding of the urgent global challenges and opportunities we face, and a calling to take action; to empower young people with the training, mentoring, and support needed to thrive in the 21st century; and unleash the collaborative power of our generation.
weDialogue fosters new ways of “being” together online. We co-create online interactive events where people really engage and connect with each other; where diversity of thought is welcome and encouraged, conversation flows and inspiration can emerge. We see the potential of the online environment and are dedicated to creating collaborative opportunities to realize that potential.
The Berrett-Koehler Foundation is committed to helping the next generation of leaders create a world that works for all by learning and putting into practice systems-changing ideas and methods that foster positive change in people’s lives, organizations and communities. We support young leaders in these pursuits and offer opportunities for action-learning, cross-generational dialogue, and mentorship from experienced authors and thought leaders.

We work at the meeting point of internal, interpersonal, and systemic transformation and co-create embodied experiences of ‘beloved communities’ with heart, connection, vision, support and care at the center.
T he Connection Partners
The Connection Partners are dedicated capacity builders who practice individual and group learning as continuous, essential components of change. We recognize the interconnections between inner self and outer actions. No matter how brilliant one may be, a person, organization or institution cannot address today’s complex, interrelated challenges alone. Besides, it is more fun together.
